C.K.L.S Finance Plc<\/strong> is seeking an experienced, high-integrity leader to serve as Branch Manager<\/strong>. This is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for the total success of a branch office, including its financial performance, staff development, and community impact. The Branch Manager is the primary guardian of our institutional values and the driving force behind our commitment to responsible lending and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall administration, business growth, and risk management of the branch. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of credit, accounting, and administrative professionals to achieve institutional targets while ensuring that all operations adhere to the highest ethical and regulatory standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Strategic Branch Leadership:<\/strong> Develop and execute the annual branch business plan, ensuring that growth targets for loan portfolios and client acquisition are met with quality and sustainability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Credit Portfolio Oversight:<\/strong> Act as the final branch-level authority on credit decisions. Ensure all loans are appraised using the 5Cs (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions)<\/strong> framework and that the branch maintains a healthy Portfolio at Risk (PAR)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Operational Excellence:<\/strong> Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring 100% compliance with NBC regulations, internal policies, and the Credit Analysis Operations Manual<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Risk & Arrears Management:<\/strong> Proactively manage the branch\u2019s credit risk. Lead the implementation of the 4Rs (Re-payment, Rehabilitation, Re-scheduling, Re-phasing)<\/strong> to support clients in difficulty and protect institutional assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Staff Management & Development:<\/strong> Build a high-performing branch team through effective recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a culture of professional growth, discipline, and mutual respect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Community & Stakeholder Relations:<\/strong> Represent C.K.L.S Finance Plc as a local leader. Build strong relationships with local authorities, community members, and stakeholders to enhance the institution’s brand and social impact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Financial & ESG Reporting:<\/strong> Ensure accurate and timely reporting of branch financial performance and social impact metrics. Lead the implementation of environmental and social policies at the local level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Internal Controls & Security:<\/strong> Maintain strict oversight of cash management, data security, and physical branch safety to prevent fraud and operational errors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Qualifications & Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience:<\/strong> Minimum of 5\u20137 years of experience in the banking or microfinance sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Technical Mastery:<\/strong> Deep knowledge of credit analysis, risk management, and the regulatory environment in Cambodia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Leadership:<\/strong> Strong ability to inspire and lead a team toward shared goals while maintaining high levels of staff morale and accountability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Decision-Making:<\/strong> Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound financial and operational judgments under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
